• The processing Company located in Dankotuwa. is looking for suitable candidates to establish their organic-related agricultural projects.

Role Profile

• Liaison with farmers related to coconut, fruits & spice farmers & interacting with new farmers
• Maintaining Organic, NATURLAND. FAIRTRADE standards & quality of the product
• Technology dissemination of organic cultivatiOn to improve yields & productivity of lands
• Assisting & training on postharvest techniques of coconut, fruits & spices
• Liaises with external parties in strengthening supply chain agriculture activities

Personal Profile

• Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent
• Flexibility in working in different locations and traveling by motorbike is required
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in coconut. fruit & spices sectors and backward integration agriculture programs
• Should be a young & energetic team player with strong communication skills
• Valid motorbike driving license.
