TIMES Campus is a rapidly growing higher education institution dedicated to providing quality, career-oriented learning experiences. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives, enhance our brand presence, and drive student enrollment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote campus programs and drive student recruitment.
- Manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, PPC, print, and events).
- Lead and mentor the marketing and admissions teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, educational trends, and competitor insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporate partners, and educational influencers.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and multimedia.
Qualifications & experience
- A professional qualification like CIM / SLIM or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the higher education or training sector.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil fluency is a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and marketing ROI tracking.
