Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets within the designated territory.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Execute effective route planning and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product visibility, merchandising standards, and display arrangements at retail outlets.
- Follow up on product-wise, category-wise, and brand-wise sales performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure proper upkeep of company-issued assets, including the motorcycle, mobile phone, and tablet.
- Accurately maintain vehicle running records and related documentation.
Qualifications & experience
- Candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales.
- Minimum G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.
- Possession of a valid riding license is essential.
