Key responsibilities

  1. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets within the designated territory.
  2. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  4. Execute effective route planning and maintain accurate sales documentation.
  5. Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor product visibility, merchandising standards, and display arrangements at retail outlets.
  7. Follow up on product-wise, category-wise, and brand-wise sales performance.
  8. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  9. Ensure proper upkeep of company-issued assets, including the motorcycle, mobile phone, and tablet.
  10. Accurately maintain vehicle running records and related documentation.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales.
  3. Minimum G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.
  4. Possession of a valid riding license is essential.
