Role profile

Post of supervisor. This is a total field job that requires you to work on-site. Applicants should be experienced team players, self-motivated, ready to work hard on the field, eager to learn, and capable of performing under competitive and demanding conditions. All applicants will undergo a 3-month training period, where trainees will get firsthand experience on their job.

Responsibilities

This is a field job that requires on-site presence:

1. Manage and assist in the management of ornamental fish.
2. Supervise and instruct staff on all related matters regarding the husbandry of live fish.
3. Maintain related documents, stocks, and records.
4. Coordinate with staff members to gain the best productivity.

Requirements

1. Male or female (age: 30 to 45 years).
2. GCE A/L and above
3. Job experience as a supervisor in aquaculture or agriculture related fields is compulsory.
4. Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
5. Ability to stay in shared quarters with other supervisors (separate accommodations for males and females).
6. Ability to perform under pressure with high levels of dedication.

Benefits

1. Salary during the training period (1 to 3 months): Rs 50,000.
2. After completing training, successful trainees will be appointed as supervisors with a salary of Rs 60,000.
