As a leading bathware manufacturer specializing in innovative and high-quality sanitaryware and bathroom accessories, we continue to expand our market presence and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
2. Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing activities.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
4. Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
5. Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, dealers, architects, and contractors to support business objectives.
6. Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
7. Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events.
8. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in bathware, or related industries.
3. Strong knowledge of brand management.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
7. Age 35 to 45
