Assistant Manager – Business Development

Job role

1. Generate new business opportunities in import & export (freight forwarding)
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
3. Achieve sales targets and grow company revenue
4. Build, lead, and motivate a strong sales team
5. Coordinate with operations for smooth handling of shipments
6. Identify market opportunities and expand customer base

Experience / qualifications / skills

1. Minimum 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding.
2. Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and supply chain.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Strong customer network in import/export market.
5. Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
6. Leadership and team management skills.
7. Age below 30 years
