Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, installers, EPC contractors, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth across assigned territories.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, training programs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar, electrical, or engineering sector.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, marketing, business management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy products is highly desirable.
