Cashier

Role profile

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cashier to manage front-of-house transactions, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain accurate cash records at our outlet.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
3. Maintain daily transaction reports and ensure proper banking of cash collections.

Collections

1. Conduct physical cash verification on a daily basis.
2. Greet customers warmly and resolve billing queries or complaints promptly.
3. Issue receipts, process refunds/exchanges per policy.

Requirements

1. Minimum G.C.E. O/L with a credit pass in maths and english (A/L in commerce stream preferred).
2. 1-2 years’ experience in a similar cashier/retail role.
3. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
4. Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle cash responsibly.
