Udeshi City (Pvt) Limited is a leading organization in the real estate and property management industry, operating a multifunctional complex with shopping and office spaces in the heart of Kiribathgoda.

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing Team and bring fresh perspectives to our land sales projects.

Job role:

1. Promote and sell residential and commercial land projects to potential clients.
2. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries and maintain effective communication with prospective buyers.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
4. Conduct site visits and provide professional advice to clients.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and project updates.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
4. Possession of a valid driving/riding license will be an added advantage.
5. Diploma or part/full qualification in the field of Marketing.
6. Age between 20–35 years.
7. Proficiency in IT and social media marketing.
8. Strategic thinking with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
9. 1–2 years of experience in sales or in a similar capacity will be and added advantage.
10. Experience in real estate or land sales will be highly beneficial. You will be offered an attractive salary package inclusive of a basic salary and target-oriented commission.
