Key responsibilities

1. AI usage (Gemini, ChatGPT) for efficiency & posters
2. Answer inbound warm lead calls
3. Follow-up until sale is closed
4. Generate leads on FB, social media
5. Field work to find customers
6. Cold calling
7. Post marketing material on FB
8. Act and talk in videos with marketing team

Compensation and benefits

1. Basic salary: 40,000 LKR
2. Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
3. Fuel allowance
4. Mobile allowance
5. Massive one-time dealer bonus: make 50,000 LKR (with just one successful dealership deal!)
6. Easily make over 120,000 LKR per month (with basic salary & performance bonuses)
