Job responsibilities

1. Handle overseas customer inquiries and sales coordination.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
3. Follow up on vehicle orders, shipments, and documentation.
4. Coordinate with Japanese suppliers and shipping companies.
5. Prepare quotations, invoices, and customer updates.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth goals.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills in English (Japanese is an added advantage).
2. Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
3. Basic knowledge of vehicles / automobile industry preferred.
4. Good computer literacy (Email, Excel, Social Media, CRM).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Previous sales experience will be an advantage.
