Marketing Lead

Join Foodholics Lanka and play a key role in driving marketing, brand growth, and business expansion. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can lead marketing initiatives, execute growth strategies, and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all marketing, branding, and promotional activities across the company.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
3. Plan and oversee campaigns, promotions, events, and digital marketing activities.
4. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
5. Prepare marketing report for management & board quarterly basis.
6. Manage social media, advertising, public relations, and brand communications.
7. Support new outlet openings, product launches, and business development initiatives.
8. Coordinate with operations teams to drive outlet sales and marketing performance.
9. Manage marketing budgets, supplier relationships, and campaign effectiveness.
10. Ensure brand consistency across all outlets and marketing materials.
11. Lead and develop the marketing team while achieving agreed marketing KPIs and business objectives.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development.
2. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in marketing, business management, or a related field.
3. Experience in hospitality, retail, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
4. Results-driven, proactive, and capable of executing marketing and business growth initiatives.
5. Strong project management and leadership skills.
6. Willing to take ownership of new projects and drive them from concept to execution.
7. Capable of supporting business expansion initiatives and contributing towards achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
8. Creative, commercially minded, and eager to gain diverse business experience.
