Junior Key Account Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated junior key account officer / account officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who is passionate about client relationship management and business development.

Job requirements

1. Diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good command of English (spoken and written)
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts
2. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely service delivery
3. Handle order processing, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
4. Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
5. Prepare reports, account updates, and performance summaries
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
