Client Relationship Manager

Key responsibilities
- Find and connect with potential clients through outreach and relationship building.
- Understand client needs and promote Cloud POS and hardware solutions.
- Give product demos (online or onsite) that address real business problems.
- Handle the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Support smooth onboarding by working with technical and development teams.
- Keep CRM records updated with follow-ups and pipeline details.
- Generate new business through client referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product improvements.
Required skills & qualifications
- Confident in building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good listener who understands needs and offers the right solutions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calls and follow-up.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Prior exposure to Tech/SaaS, Fintech, cloud systems, or POS solutions will be an added advantage.
