Client Relationship Manager

Key responsibilities

  1. Find and connect with potential clients through outreach and relationship building.
  2. Understand client needs and promote Cloud POS and hardware solutions.
  3. Give product demos (online or onsite) that address real business problems.
  4. Handle the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  5. Support smooth onboarding by working with technical and development teams.
  6. Keep CRM records updated with follow-ups and pipeline details.
  7. Generate new business through client referrals.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product improvements.

Required skills & qualifications

  1. Confident in building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  2. Good listener who understands needs and offers the right solutions.
  3. Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calls and follow-up.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  6. Prior exposure to Tech/SaaS, Fintech, cloud systems, or POS solutions will be an added advantage.
