Job responsibility
- Design and implement visually appealing store layouts and product displays for the MX (Mobile experience) department, emphasizing mobile devices and accessories while adhering to Samsung’s brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Arrange mobile devices, accessories, and related products to highlight their features and benefits, ensuring neat organization, proper labeling, and easy customer accessibility.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with Samsung’s visual merchandising standards, provide actionable feedback for improvements, and train store staff on visual merchandising techniques, device features specific to mobile products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align visual merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns, monitor inventory levels of fixed assets provided by Samsung, and ensure POSM (Point of Sale Material) and promotional materials are displayed in approved locations with monthly updates.
- Gather customer feedback on store layouts and displays related to mobile devices, implement changes to enhance the shopping experience, and set up special displays for events, promotions, or new product launches in the MX department.
- Ensure all promotional materials for mobile devices are correctly placed and visible in the market, manage assets effectively, and provide detailed reports on visual merchandising activities and outcomes.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in visual merchandising or retail merchandising, preferably within the electronics or retail industry.
- A diploma or certification in visual merchandising, marketing, retail management, interior design, graphic design, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of brand concepts, ethics, general guidelines, and marketing strategies, including expertise in product displays, store layouts, and promotional materials.
- Highly creative with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and effectively implement improvements.
- Proficient in inventory management and reporting.
