Key responsibilities and duties

  1. Supervise daily operations of farm shops and ensure smooth functioning.
  2. Manage and motivate farm shop staff to achieve sales targets.
  3. Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor stock levels, product displays, and inventory accuracy.
  5. Coordinate with production and FG teams to ensure product availability.
  6. Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and banking procedures.
  7. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the shop.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
  9. Identify & drive for most suitable locations for new outlet launching.

Qualifications and experience

  1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in business management, marketing management or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, farm shop, or FMCG operations.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  6. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
