Sales & Business Development Executives

About the company

Master Divers is a well-established organization pioneering in the marine engineering industry and carrying out marine operations since 1978. We are on the lookout for young, energetic, knowledgeable, hardworking individuals to join with us as sales & business development executives.

Job role

1. Sales analysis, forecasting and handling service inquiries & complaints and achieving assigned targets (monthly/quarterly/annually).
2. Support and advice on business planning, pricing surveys and promotional activities.
3. Ability to prepare sales reports and other relevant documentations.
4. Regular follow-up of all the inquiries received and responding promptly.
5. Identify and build relationships with potential new clients.
6. Prepare sales invoices and regular follow-up of on receivables.
7. Maintain close rapport/relationship with operational executives, engineers, agents and other stakeholders.
8. Visit existing customers and potential customers on a regular basis.
9. Develop and maintain database and provide reports.
10. Plan and develop E-commerce strategies.

Key requirements

1. A degree or a professional qualification in marketing / business management / operations.
2. Minimum 03 years’ experience in similar capacity (prior experience in service marketing will be an advantage).
3. Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
4. Good telephone communication and promotion skills.
5. Sound computer literacy skills.
6. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
7. Ability to work on extended hours.
8. Target oriented personality with positive attitude.
