Lead Generation & Funnel Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Funnel Operations Specialist to support our sales and business development activities, with a focus on the UAE, Africa, and Europe markets.
Employment type: Full-time remote contract
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers across target markets
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo.io and other lead generation tools
- Manage and optimise sales funnels and lead workflows
- Perform data enrichment, cleansing, validation, and segmentation
- Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
- Generate reports and insights on lead generation performance
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales operations, funnel management, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM processes
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Excellent internet research skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience targeting international markets is an advantage
