Lead Generation & Funnel Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Funnel Operations Specialist to support our sales and business development activities, with a focus on the UAE, Africa, and Europe markets.

Employment type: Full-time remote contract

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers across target markets
  2. Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo.io and other lead generation tools
  3. Manage and optimise sales funnels and lead workflows
  4. Perform data enrichment, cleansing, validation, and segmentation
  5. Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  6. Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy
  7. Generate reports and insights on lead generation performance
  8. Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales operations, funnel management, or a similar role
  2. Hands-on experience with Apollo.io
  3. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM processes
  4. Strong data management and analytical skills
  5. Excellent internet research skills
  6. Strong written and verbal English communication
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  8. Experience targeting international markets is an advantage
