Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in marketing, business management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (experience in the solar sector).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
