Key duties & responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  5. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.
  6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job requirements

  1. Degree/diploma or any other relevant professional qualification from a recognized institute.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
  5. High level of organization and detail-orientation.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed.
