Manager — Life Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the company’s life operation duties such as Product Development, Underwriting, Claims, and Policyholders servicing are carried out efficiently
• Collaborate with inter departments to resolve issues
• Act as a project manager and as a sparring partner at the same time to make things happen
• Ensure that the regulatory reporting is in compliance with IRCSL guidelines and manage the ad-hoc information requirements of IRCSL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, insurance, Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science from a recognized university
• Full or part qualification in chartered insurance institute in the UK
• Minimum of five-year experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
