Junior Executive Commercial

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented junior executive – commercial to support the commercial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage customer relationships, documentation, reporting, and operational follow-ups effectively.

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare quotations, invoices and other commercial documentation.
2. Coordinate with internal departments regarding commercial operations.
3. Assist in pricing analysis, cost calculations, and profitability evaluations.
4. Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and customer outstanding balances.
5. Maintain accurate records and update reports on a timely basis.
6. Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution of shipments/orders.
7. Support management with commercial analysis and performance reports.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business management /commerce /marketing /finance /logistics & supply chain /or a related field.

Experience & skills

1. Minimum one year of experience in a commercial, sales coordination, logistics, or administrative role.
2. Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
6. Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
