Executive Regulatory Affairs ( Agro Division)

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and energetic individual who is passionate about achieving a rewarding career in one of the most prestigious conglomerates in the country. As the Executive Regulatory Affairs attached to the Agro Division of Lankem, the incumbent will liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure all required approvals are in order for Agro products of Lankem.

The selected candidate shall

• Cooperate with regulatory institutes related to Crop Protection products, Seeds, and Fertilizers to obtain necessary approvals on a timely basis
• Obtain product registrations (new registrations and re-registrations) in a timely manner while closely following up with product registration trials, regulatory bodies, and institutes
• Develop and strengthen the relationship and networking with all stakeholders, especially with Government officers and regulators to facilitate efficient conduct of R & D activities

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from a recognized University (A Master’s degree will be an added advantage)
• Experience in a similar capacity will be a definite advantage
• Resilient in IT skills, in particular, knowledge of MS Office
• Leadership skills coupled with exceptional communication in Sinhala & English and good PR skills
• Team player with a pleasing personality and a CAN-DO attitude
• Willingness to travel to regulatory institutions
• Preferably male candidates below the age of 35 years
