Reservation & Sales Agent

We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales driven, Reservation and Sales agent for our growing company.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Handle all sales operations activities including (but not limited to) Reservations and Ticketing, Refunds, Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Administration
• Maximize all sales opportunities through, switch selling, up-selling, and offering a few airfare options
• Make new reservations and changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct fares and rules of carriage
• Follow up on all sales opportunities by callbacks to customers
• Capture and record required client information
• In the beginning, ensure an excellent standard of customer service is always provided over the phone, emails, and all other communication channels.
