Company Lawyer

We are the well-established Real-Estate company in Sri Lanka is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual for the post of Company Lawyer

Job Profile:

• Draft, review and Attest Sales and Purchase Agreements / Transfer Deeds / Deeds of Lease and etc
• Draft a Letter of Demand and other Legal Documents
• Engage in title searches and issue title reports
• Engage in general work related to the Legal Department

Candidate Profile

• An Attorney-at-law
• Notary Public within the jurisdiction of Colombo (Notary in both English & Sinhala Languages)
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in relation to Notary works
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala
• Good working knowledge of IT (Type setting skills in Sinhala & English)
