Tender Executive

Mediccon Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd was established on 2011. Mainly involved in the Medical diagnostic sector in Sri Lanka. Currently dealing with world-renowned Medical diagnostic products, trusted by healthcare professionals and institutions on the island.

We are currently seeking dynamic results oriented young individuals to recruit for the above position immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of documents with the given deadlines.
• Make arrangements to submit tender documents on time
• Provide Account specifications, pricing, and other relevant documents.
• Preparing cost analysis, Service & maintenance schedules, and documents related to tenders.
• Prepare service contract agreements, Annual Maintenance contracts to relevant tenders and institutions.
• Preparation of quotations and proposals to new and existing customers.
• Preparing bid bonds to tenders and related documents to banks.
• Follow-ups in participated and awarded tenders.
• Closely monitoring NMRA activities.
• Closely monitoring stock positions related to tenders and new orders.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant professional qualification in the field of Chemistry or biomedical sciences from a reputed University or an institute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field is preferable.

The Ideal Candidate should be

• Able to manage given deadlines.
• Good Communicator in English & Sinhala Languages.
• A Male / Female aged between 25 – 35 years.
• A positive thinker.
