Senior Executive – Risk & Compliance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits in the Hospital and Laboratories as per the annual audit plan
• Communicate internal audit findings in a timely and comprehensive manner
• Make recommendations to improve internal controls and governance processes of the organization
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance

Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• A degree in Finance/ Accounting or part qualification in ACCA / CA
• Minimum of 03 years experience in handling internal audits at a reputed audit firm or experience in the medium-scale business environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting up
• Up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the strong analytical, presentation, and organizing skills
• Required to travel within Colombo and suburbs as and when required
