Production Executive

We have an extensive portfolio of esteemed clients, and to ensure our continued growth and success, we wish to recruit a motivated and commercially astute individual for the following position for our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Should possess a BSc.Eng. Mechanical Degree or NDT in Mechanical / Electrical
• Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry in a similar capacity
• Exposure to Electrical / Automation / Mechatronic Engineering
• Hands-on experience in Metal Can Manufacturing, Plastic Container Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, Canning Industry, or other Canned Product Manufacturing experience will be a definite advantage
• Exposure to SAP, OHSAS, ISO, 6S, and KAIZEN whilst being qualified in Lean, will be a definite advantage
• Should possess comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office
• The ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders coupled with good communication skills is essential
• Strong problem solving, decision making, manpower planning & handling, and good numerical skills with statistical process control techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
• Self Motivated & Out of Box thinking
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Age below 35 years
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Close proximity to Ja-Ela /Ekala will be an added advantage
