We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Supervisor to join Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Adding to its portfolio, the much-anticipated project valued at Billion USD – Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts, will be opening soon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
• Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocating work as per forecasted workloads
• Coordinating daily cleaning and maintenance activities
• Overseeing all repairs and ensuring that work is completed on time
• Maintaining all inventory and equipment and ensuring proper storage
• Complying with all health and safety regulations and practices on site
• Conducting preventative maintenance work
• Conducting follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
• Conducting safety inspections as scheduled
• Establishing strategies to meet workload demands on time

The ideal candidate should possess

• 02 years of experience as a shift supervisor, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task & excellent decision-making skills
• Good leadership abilities
