Scrum Master

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business, or similar field
• A scrum master certificate is a must
• +1 year experience in a scrum master role
• Familiarity with software development will be a plus point
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Experience in Azure DevOps will be a definite advantage
• Certifications and knowledge in cloud technologies such as Azure will be a plus point
