Specialist – Analytics Strategy and Growth Hacking – Group Business Operations

The Role

• Evaluating projects to onboard based on value and prioritizing analytics projects as well as evaluating financial and non-financial projects
• Preparing forecasts for business units on analytics returns and working with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging the organization’s data to drive business
• Support the implementation of solutions, strategies for Divisions, and renewing business KPIs in line with corporate objectives
• Benchmark performance, strategies, and use-cases with best-in-class industry practices and drive strategy formulation
• Performing monthly reviews on analytics use-case performance and identifying operational improvements
• Deriving AB test use cases and ensuring divisions perform them by tracking and setting divisional analytics maturity targets
• Negotiating on targets whilst communicating to respective stakeholders and coordinating the divisional analytics maturity assessments with all divisions
• Coordinating evaluation committee to assess Analytics maturity and gathering evidence and preparing for Axiata Analytics / AI maturity
• Evaluation of company performance, business drivers, and business problems to understand improvement areas and assisting in research and development of strategic use cases by liaising with divisions
• Conducting variance analysis against targets to ensure that the monitoring is linked to Corporate Objectives in the business plan
• Supporting the drive to create an Analytics / Data-Driven culture in the organization by driving initiatives on development, training, and adoption

The Person

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, IT, Economics, Finance

And / Or

CIMA / ACCA or a similar professional qualification

• 2 years of related experience in Corporate Planning, Business / Analytics strategy Corporate Finance, or a related area
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to continuously research and learn from unfamiliar tasks or first-time problems to form perspective
• Proficiency in MS office packages. (MS Excel advance, PowerPoint, Word)
• Data visualization tool knowledge. (Tableau/AWS QuickSight)
