Production Analyst

In keeping with our continuous expansion we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team to handle the following duties:

• Collect, analyze, and evaluate production records and trends
• Interpret production data and make recommendations for improvements
• Prepare analytical reports to facilitate increased production
• Monitor main production KPIs such as OTIF and OEE
• Use problem-solving tools to solve bottlenecks
• Act as the plant Lean champion and drive the Lean framework to ensure consistent and rigorous application across the business

Key Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Statistics/ Project Management/ Supply Chain
• Management/ Business Management/ Data Science or another relevant field
• A lean qualification such as a Lean belt
• Certifications would be an added advantage
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
