Service Delivery Manager

Due to rapid growth, Exetel is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to start as soon as possible, to work with the Customer Connections team as part of our broader group operations with Superloop. Exetel’s Colombo office is at CBD Business Center, Colombo 01, with working times from 4.00 am to 1.00 pm five days each week to support clients based in Australia

You will have the opportunity to work on a large range of products and get great exposure to the telecommunications industry.

Your Role
Our Delivery Managers are responsible for the coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of delivery projects across the Superloop business, ensuring our services are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate resources and communication to deliver services within agreed service levels and completion dates and in a manner such that an exemplary customer experience is maintained
• Communicate and liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure order accuracy and completion
• Ensure all equipment required for services is ordered or in stock
• Track all orders from start to finish, and hand them over to the Billing team including dates of completion
• Manage company assets and resources to ensure effective delivery of customer end services
• Act as the central point of communication, and communicate regularly and timely with both internal and external stakeholders for all orders e.g. Sales, Engineers, and Customers
• Complete weekly reporting and Network Management System updates
• Pragmatically and proactively problem-solve to ensure order fulfillment, and escalate as necessary to resolve issues and maintain a high level of service to the customer

About You
• 3+ years in a customer service or a customer-facing role
• Naturally confident communication skills
• A high degree of ownership and autonomy
• High organization skills, and a high degree of stakeholder management
• Customer orientation and focus
• Project management experience is desirable
• Experience in the Telecommunications and/or Tech Industry experience is desirable
