Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
3. Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
4. Monitor loading and unloading activities.
5. Maintain proper documentation and warehouse records.
6. Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
7. Coordinate with transport, production, and sales teams.
8. Handle stock audits and prepare warehouse reports.
9. Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of products.

Requirements

1. Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification (diploma in logistics/warehouse management is an advantage).
2. 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
3. Good leadership and team management skills.
4. Knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures.
5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / ERP systems).
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Male candidates preferred.
9. Age between 25-40 years.
