Academic qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, education or a related field.
2. Additional certifications in TESOL, virtual classroom training, or ICT are an advantage.
3. Postgraduate studies in education or language teaching – an added advantage.

Professional experience

1. Mandatory: prior experience in preparing students for PTE exams.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in English language education at university or professional level.
3. Experience in:
4. Teaching English for academic purposes (EAP), English literature, or linguistics.
5. Designing lesson plans and developing teaching materials.
6. Conducting oral and written assessments.
7. Supervising student research and academic projects.

Additional skills

1. IT literacy – ability to use computers and online platforms effectively.
2. Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and digital learning environments.
3. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
