Vice principal

Amal International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced deputy principal to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the principal in the overall management of the school and ensuring smooth operations in their absence.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist the principal in overseeing academic and administrative functions.
2. Ensure effective implementation of the school’s policies, curriculum, and discipline standards.
3. Lead and mentor the teaching staff to maintain high educational standards.
4. Manage student welfare, discipline, and extracurricular programs.
5. Act as the principal in their absence and make key decisions as required.

Qualifications & experience

1. A Master’s degree in education, administration, or a related field (preferred).
2. A Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience in curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and student affairs management.
6. Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
7. Proficiency in IT and digital tools for educational administration is essential.
8. Age below 55 years.
