Transport Administrator (Billing)

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices for transport hires
- Handle outstanding payments and follow up with clients
- Maintain proper records of invoices and transactions
- Communicate with clients via email regarding billing matters
- Support general administrative functions as required
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L passed (degree is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Strong communication in English and Sinhala
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
