Key responsibilities

1. Lead security training and development initiatives

Ideal profile

1. Age below 55 years
2. Military or police background preferred
3. Minimum 10 years’ experience in security operations, training, or a related field
4. Strong leadership, communication, and personnel development skills
5. Good knowledge of security procedures, compliance, and risk management
6. Ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate training programs
