Trainee Travel Executive

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and articulate Trainee Travel Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with flight bookings, learning to navigate reservation systems, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

1. Fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil with strong communication skills.
2. Familiarity or basic knowledge of Amadeus GDS.
3. Basic knowledge of computer operations.
4. Assist the team with flight bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
5. Learn to use airline reservation software and booking portals.
6. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
