We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Administration Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the growing EdTech industry while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Format Word documents and PDF files for online courses (adding headers, footers, and images).
- Upload course materials (videos, documents, and presentations) to our website.
- Create course listings and update course information on our learning platforms.
- Maintain organised lists of courses using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Use simple AI tools like ChatGPT to help create course descriptions.
- Follow step-by-step guides (SOPs) for all tasks – full training provided.
Qualifications
- Currently completing or recently completed a diploma or degree (any field).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willing to learn new software and online tools.
- Able to work independently from home.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
Essential skills
- Careful and accurate when working with documents.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions step by step.
- Interest in learning about online education.
- Basic computer skills and internet navigation.
Status of the job
Work from home. You are required to work parallel to office hours in the UK and your regular working hours are 01.30 pm to 10.30 pm during UK day light saving time 12.30 pm to 09.30 pm on weekdays. We are off on weekends and UK bank holidays.
