Trainee coordinator

Are you confident, motivated, and ready to start or grow your career in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a female candidate (aged 19–25) with strong communication and computer skills to join our energetic team!

Your key responsibilities

1. Communicate with international suppliers and local customers
2. Handle emails and shipping documentation
3. Assist with customs clearance and follow up on shipments
4. Coordinate sample requests and monitor stock levels
5. Support sourcing activities and business development

What we’re looking for

1. Fluency in English (spoken & written)
2. Good computer literacy (email, word, excel)
3. Smart communication and organizational skills
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
5. School leavers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply
6. Preference for candidates from Pannipitiya / Maharagama (not compulsory)
