Ticketing Executive

Requirements

1. IATA certification (foundation / consultant / GDS training) – mandatory
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing & tour operations
3. Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS)
4. Strong knowledge of international and local travel regulations
5. Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala/Tamil
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
