Requirements

1. Languages: English & Sinhala / Tamil.
2. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
5. Good organizational and time management skills.
