Tele Sales Executive
Role overview
Responsible for acquiring new merchants for internet payment gateway (IPG) services and handling the complete onboarding process — including basic compliance verification — before activation. The role combines proactive tele-sales with end-to-end merchant onboarding and KYC support.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and onboard new merchants for IPG services.
- Explain IPG features, charges and the settlement process.
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process.
- Assess merchant suitability for onboarding.
- Collect and verify required registration documents.
- Perform basic KYC and background checks.
- Identify and escalate high-risk or suspicious businesses.
- Coordinate internally for approval and activation.
- Maintain proper records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
Qualifications & toolkit
Education
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, banking, finance or a related field.

Nice to have
