Technical & product development manager

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee sample, pattern, and marker-making processes.
2. Lead technical operations and ensure production readiness.
3. Implement efficiency improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
4. Collaborate with teams to address technical issues and optimize processes.
5. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle and ensure technical excellence in processes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in apparel technology, textile engineering, or a related field.
2. 8-10 years of apparel product development experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
3. Expertise in pattern making, cad systems (tuka), and marker-making.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
