Technical officers

We are seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our growing team as Technical Officers.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
2. Monitor flooring applications to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
3. Carry out site measurements, progress tracking, inspections, and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards.
4. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
5. Monitor material usage and site productivity while supporting cost control and minimizing wastage.
6. Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, progress updates, and other required technical documentation.
7. Support project planning, handovers, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety procedures and best practices.

Qualifications & skills

1. Diploma or higher qualification in civil engineering (NVQ level 5 or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in site supervision or technical operations.
3. Sound technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
4. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details accurately.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
6. Willingness to work on-site and manage field-related responsibilities proactively.
