Qualifications & requirements

1. National diploma in engineering science (NDES) in civil engineering, or national certificate of technology (NCT) in civil engineering.
2. Passed the G.C.E. advanced level examination in the mathematics or biological science stream.
3. Possession of a valid driving licence.
4. Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary projects across Sri Lanka.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Willingness to travel island-wide as required.
