Responsibilities

1. Develop seasonal design concepts and themes in line with brand identity, target market and industry trends.
2. Develop detailed technical sketches, specifications, and patterns for intimates.
3. Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into technical designs.
4. Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and comfort.
5. Create and maintain accurate technical packages, including measurements, construction details, and fabric specifications.
6. Communicate effectively with overseas manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
7. Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product quality and innovation.
9. Excellent pattern making knowledge and ability to do the fit correction while join online fit session with customers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, or relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (10-15 years) in technical designer – intimates, with a focus on leadership roles.
3. Should have a deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties and manufacturing processes.
4. Strong creative vision and aesthetic sensibility, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
5. Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Should have the ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
