Studio and client experience coordinator

Job responsibilities

  1. Handle client inquiries, appointments, fittings, sessions, and follow ups
  2. Welcome clients and ensure a professional, warm, and premium studio experience
  3. Coordinate schedules between clients, designers, stylists, and production teams
  4. Maintain client records, order details, fitting notes, preferences, and feedback
  5. Track garment progress, alterations, deliveries, and after sales requirements
  6. Manage the studio for appointment readiness
  7. Support private appointments, launch events, styling sessions, and client relationship activities
  8. Assist with basic administrative tasks, reports, invoices, calendars, and studio records

Requirements

  1. G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent is required
  2. Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Fashion, Hospitality, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage
  3. Good computer literacy, including Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and documents
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
  5. Prior experience in client service, fashion, retail, beauty, hospitality, or premium service is preferred
  6. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  7. Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills
