Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from customers and prospective students, providing accurate information and guidance on programmes.
- Manage and process student registrations efficiently.
- Follow up on inquiries received through the call center, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain up-to-date information on class schedules and payment structures for all programmes.
- Meet deadlines and achieve targets set by management.
Required skills & qualifications
- Diploma or higher diploma in marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/university.
- Fluency in English with strong computer literacy.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to acquiring new clients.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
