Key responsibilities

  1. Handle inquiries from customers and prospective students, providing accurate information and guidance on programmes.
  2. Manage and process student registrations efficiently.
  3. Follow up on inquiries received through the call center, social media, and other channels.
  4. Maintain up-to-date information on class schedules and payment structures for all programmes.
  5. Meet deadlines and achieve targets set by management.

Required skills & qualifications

  1. Diploma or higher diploma in marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/university.
  2. Fluency in English with strong computer literacy.
  3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to acquiring new clients.
  4. Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends.
